For Immune System and circulation

You will need:

  •  five to six lemons
  •  one full onion 
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • Raw honey
  • Water

Take the lemon juice add a little bit of water, 1 onion 2 pieces of garlic and 4 tablespoons of raw honey. Blend everything togather for one minute. 

Take 3 tablespoons two to three times a day.

This is really good for the immune system, if you have bad circulation cold and even varicose veins, this could also  benefit children in a smaller dose for cold.
